Include in support requests

  • Timestamp and timezone
  • Endpoint and HTTP status code
  • Request identifier/correlation id (if available)
  • Sanitized request payload sample
  • Impact description (how many users/flows affected)

Severity examples

  • P1: Production outage or critical partner flow blocked.
  • P2: Major degradation with workaround.
  • P3: Minor issue or documentation clarification.
